Our products are on every continent bar Antarctica...but I’m sure its on our to do list!
The Middle East is our biggest market with the Caramel Wafers known locally as Boy wafers.

What is your best selling product?
At present it is the Caramel Wafer, with over 5 million made and sold every week. Teacakes are our next best with around 3 million made and sold every week.

How important is it that your products are manufactured in Scotland?
It’s our heritage, our identity; our products are synonymous with Scottish culture. I think the two are inseparable!
